Space Rentals

The museum is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and rentals are not available at this time.

The Old Barracks is available for group rentals and offers several rooms to meet your group’s needs.
  • The Board Room (14′ by 21′) can accommodate a small dinner party for up to 20 people
  • The Founder’s Room (13′ by 34′) can accommodate a cocktail or buffet event for up to 30 people
  • The Oliphant Room (13′ by 15′) is best suited for a welcoming room or bar area.
  • The Officer’s House can accommodate a small dinner party for up to 15 people or a cocktail party for up to 40 people
  • The Parade Grounds and/or backyard can accommodate a sit down dinner or cocktail party for up to 400 people
  • The Backyard Pavilion can accommodate an outdoor / picnic rental for up to 20 people under the pavilion

Indoor Reception Available: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sit down dinner Capacity: 30
Meetings/Lectures/Programs Capacity: 50
Cocktails/Buffet Capacity: 50

Outdoor Reception Available: 5:00 p.m. – midnight
Sit down dinner Capacity: 200
Cocktails/buffet Capacity: 400

Officer’s House Rental Available: 5:00 p.m. – midnight
Sit down Dinner Capacity: 15
Cocktails Capacity: 40

Food/Beverages: We can provide a list of approved caterers

Outdoor Facilities: Renter may provide with museum’s approval the following items: Tents, Lights, Flooring, and Heaters. Renter must obtain the appropriate permits. Approved list of party rental suppliers will be provided by museum.
Music: Tenant may provide with museum’s approval
Accessibility: ADA Compliant
Audio Visual Equipment: Can be provided at additional cost
Special Considerations:
+Smoking permitted in designated area, outdoors only
+Children allowed
+Alcohol permitted under certain circumstances
+Other Restrictions: No weddings or wedding photography on site
+Outdoor amplification allowed with restrictions
