OLD BARRACKS MUSEUM NOTICE

The Old Barracks Association announces that Richard Patterson is leaving his position as Executive Director effective February 17, 2023.
Michelle Doherty, who currently serves as the museum’s Education Coordinator, will assume the position of Acting Executive Director.
We greatly appreciate the many contributions Richard has made to the Old Barracks during his nearly 30 years as Executive Director. His knowledge,
experience, and vision have helped the Old Barracks to remain among the most significant history museums in New Jersey. We wish him the best in
his future endeavors.
Given Michelle Doherty’s successful years as a key member of the Old Barracks’ senior leadership team, we are confident that she will make a
smooth transition to Acting Executive Director and will excel at advancing the museum’s mission.

Michelle Doherty can be contacted at mdoherty@barracks.org; 609-396-1776
