The Old Barracks is available for group rentals and offers several rooms to meet your group's needs.

• The Oliphaunt Room (13' by 15') is just right for an intimate gathering
• The Board Room (14' by 21') can accommodate a small dinner party
• The Founder's Room (13' by 34') can accommodate a cocktail or buffet event for up to 100 people

Rates for Non-Profit Organizations

Indoor Space:
$200.00 or $25.00 per hour
After 5:00 p.m. room rate plus $25.00 per hour per museum staff personnel

Outdoor Space:
$200.00 plus $25.00 per hour per museum staff personnel

Rates for For-Profit Organizations

Indoor Space: $500.00 or $63.00 per hour
After 5:00 p.m. room rate plus $25.00 per hour per museum staff personnel
$500.00 plus $25.00 per hour per museum staff personnel

Food/Beverage:	We can coordinate or provide of list of caterers
Outdoor Facilities:	Renter may provide with museum's approval the following items: Tents, Lights, Flooring, and Heaters. Renter must obtain the appropriate permits. Approved list of party rental suppliers will be provided by museum.
Music:	Tenant may provide with museum's approval
Special Considerations:	Smoking permitted in designated area, outdoors only Children allowed Alcohol permitted under certain circumstances. Other Restrictions: No weddings or wedding photography on site Outdoor amplification allowed with restrictions
